The question to the United Nations is; Are the last 25 years starting with the earth summit of 1992 till now in Paris all bullshit or seriously meant?

To accomplish the stated goals of the Cop 21 “in holding the global average temperature to well below 2 degrees Celsius and pursuing efforts to limit the temperature increase to 1.5 degrees Celsius”.

If you want to accomplish this you need to build something similar as to what I am proposing.

• It will cost 400 billion Swiss Francs to build
• It will take 15 years to build
• It will deliver 7 to 10 times the daily demand off energy

• You’ll never have to cut back on energy consumption.
• Energy production is practically infinite.

I am still looking for 300 billion Swiss Francs to finalize the funding of the project.

• The United Nations can give me a grand
• The United Nations can loan me the money
• The United Nations can participate for 48% of the shares

At that point we can start reversing the climate change and start reducing the CO2 emissions by 80% to 90%.
